MOI launches “Unsolved crime” service to bolster social responsibility

The Ministry of Interior, in the presence HE Lt. Gen. Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and Public Security in Dubai, Chairman of the Police Leadership Council at the Ministry of Interior has rolled out the " Unsolved crime " service on an experimental basis. It is a smart service on the Ministry's application (moiuae) that welcomes community contribution with police authorities to enhancing security and safety and combating fighting crime.

The service is a smart interactive platform that enables the public to share any valuable information, data, or evidence that will help uncover unknown cases in complete confidentiality and in accordance with legal procedures. The process is smooth and smart and enhances community partnership between the police and the public. The new service also bolsters the community's sense of safety by opening up additional channels of direct communication on an open platform between the police and the community.
