Lieutenant-General Saif Abdullah Al Shafar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior, has met online with HE Dionysus Zois, Ambassador of the Republic of Greece to the UAE, on the occasion of assuming his new office.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior welcomed the ambassador during the meeting and conveyed to him the greetings of Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Binn Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and his well wishes of success in performing his duties in order to contribute to bolstering joint cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, opportunities to enhance the current bilateral relations between the two countries in the security fields were reviewed. The two sides exchanged views on the efforts made to combat Covid 19 and the measures put in place by the relevant authorities in both countries in this regard, as well as a number of issues of common concern.
