• Letter of undertaking to ensure all devices and equipment to be approved from 3 to 5 years.• A copy of the licensee’s valid passport.• A valid registration certificate from the Ministry of Economy. • Agency contract with the manufacturer or producer in the country of origin. • Undertaking to provide spare parts for all equipment to be approved for a minimum of 10 years.Service standards:• To be limited to the sale and installation of devices, equipment and materials to be licensed. • All devices, equipment and materials must be supplied by the factory.
